Once you do so I’m confident you will choose Allentown Tables as your dealer. I traveled all around eastern Pennsylvania visiting the various pool table dealers checking out their products and pricing. They all had very nice tables with comparable pricing. After all this is a pretty big purchase you will have to live with for a long time and I wanted the best deal and quality for the money. Well after a lot of traveling I stopped in to see Barbara and Mike at their showroom. They have a nice selection of tables with more than competitive pricing and quality. In talking with them and not knowing more than the average customer I did get an education regarding a purchase of a pool table for my home game room. Before making a choice they showed me the difference in quality, especially construction of the different tables. They were very informative regarding materials used to produce the table and aspects of the choices. They were the only dealer who took the time to give me this information making me an informed consumer. When it came to delivery and installation they personally did the job. They delivered on the agreed date and were on time. My table was professionally assembled with extra steps and care I believe you will not find with any other vendor. When it comes to customer care and contact I think you will find they are very accommodating and service oriented. The showroom was set up very nice, allowing us to actually see and touch the various brands and styles of pool tables. Barbara was great at explaining the little details of construction and showing us the actual pieces of slate. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. No high pressure sales here. Delivery was set up easily and Mike was here right on time. Installation took about 2 hours and we are now proud owners of a beautiful piece of furniture that will bring years of enjoyment. Allentown Tables did exactly what you would expect from an honest seller of pool and games room equipment. Hey folks - just sending a reply about how professional, courteous, and down to earth you all were through the selecting, scheduling, installing, and paying process. I would (and already have) recommend your company with great confidence. There's something to say about just doing and wanting the best for your customers that you guys express with ease. Mike and the guys were excellent and might I say "magicians" in the delivery and installation process. A little geometry and engineering went into fitting my 18' shuffleboard around the turn at my basement entrance, but Mike's positive thinking and a little muscle made it happen! The table is awesome and will be enjoyed for years to come. Thanks again and please pass this along as you feel fit....you deserve it!
